Minimum Mileage: 37 on low end, 52 on High End (Plus Any Optional Additional Runs)
Maximum Mileage: 55 on low end, 70 on High End (Plus Any Optional Additonal Runs)
Eight Weeks of 2 Workouts and a Long Run
Four Weeks of 1 Long Workout, plus a Long Run Workout
Two Weeks Taper
Guidance on Strength Training, Race Day Fueling, Pacing, Post-Marathon Recovery and Return to Running Plan, and additional notes on how to customize the plan to any races and alterations
